Terms & Conditions

1.      Introduction

Below document describes the legal agreement between RelevancePro and Customer. By purchasing the product developed by RelevancePro, Customer accepts the below Terms and Conditions. Any violation of this Agreement will automatically deprive the Customer of the right to use the Product. In this case Customer has to stop using all copies and derivatives of the RelevancePro extensions.

RelevancePro Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between customer and RelevancePro. RelevancePro won't accept any additional conditions unless stated otherwise in writing by RelevancePro.


2.      License

RelevancePro extensions for Magento are licensed per what we refer to as top level domain name that is used to access a given Magento store (e.g. Domain license covers unlimited number of sub domains of the registered top level domain(e.g.; RelevancePro extension domain license is perpetual


At the time of purchase domain license customer receives RelevancePro developer license for the purpose of development. Use of the license for any commercial purposes is prohibited and will violate the terms and conditions.


Magento eCommerce allows to manage multiple domains from one Magento based store. In case of using multiple domains in the same Magento based store, customer has to purchase a license for each top level domain


The License grants you, the Customer, an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to make use of the RelevancePro extension you have selected for a single Magento store view. Product License does not include ownership of any original works, part of thereof, or any documentation or derivative works of the Product.


RelevancePro reserve the right to terminate the License if Customer fails to comply with any of its Terms and Conditions 


Things you can do

  • You can enhance RelevancePro's extensions as long as the original source code stays unchanged.

Things you can’t do

  • Editing or removing parts of code containing security mechanisms that are part of the RelevancePro extension will result in License violation and deprives Customer of right for a refund.
  • You cannot change any parts of the original code of RelevancePro extension. RelevancePro is not taking responsibility for changes that cause incorrect Product’s operation. Any changes made to the original code will result in license violation, lost of support and possible updates.
  • You cannot sell or redistribute RelevancePro extension or reuse any segments of the source code for the commercial purposes. You can’t do this with a Product either on its own or bundled with other items, and even if you modify the Product. You can’t re-distribute or make available the Product with superficial modifications. These things are not allowed.


3.      Product Bug-fixing

Bugs in RelevancePro module are fixed and made available to the Customer free of charge within the free updates. The Customer may report bugs to RelevancePro team to speed up the bugfix process. The information on bug fixed will be available on RelevancePro web site


4.      Product Upgrades

Product updates will be available to the Customer within the updates period specified during the purchase. Updates period can be extended through the support before the expiration of the initial terms indicated during purchase. After the term of updates expires the updated version of the Product are available to the Customer at the full product price. RelevancePro reserves the right to discontinue product updates.

RelevancePro will timely release the information about new updates in the Updates section of the web site. It is Customer’s responsibility to check for updates availability.

All updates can be used only as a replacement of a previously purchased Product, not as a separate copy of a Product.

Customer is not obliged to purchase new updates once old ones are expired. The decision about whether to purchase an update and when is solely Customer’s right. Customer can continue using the Product after the free update period is over.


5.       Product Support Policy

Support period, the number of available support hours, and are defined by the Customer at the moment of purchase. Support period and the number of available support hours can be extended before the expiration of the initial terms indicated during purchase. If the Customer doesn’t purchase enough support in advance, support time can be purchased at at the time when the Customer needs it.

If necessary, support team shall provide to the Customer, without additional charge, minimal written consultation over e-mail to direct Customer towards the possible solution of the problem.

No support will be performed for unregistered licenses. In cases when extraordinary support efforts are required, Customer will be charged extra or will be offered a refund. Under extraordinary support efforts RelevancePro Limited means a request which probable cost to resolve may exceed the cost of the purchased Product.

Support team preserves the right to ignore any appeals or requests, not falling under the present conditions. All information acquired from RelevancePro support team is advisory only and shall not create any warranty for RelevancePro.


6.      Service Level Agreement

7.      Refunds

You can request a refund for any RelevancePro products within 30-day period from the date of the purchase. Refund requests submitted after the expiration of the 30 days period shall not be accepted. RelevancePro allows for up to 10 days to transfer the money back to a customer account.

Refunds of support time that was purchased together with a module shall be processed only together with the module refund within 30 days from the purchase date, and only when it hasn’t been used. Refunds of money paid for support services that were purchased separately from the Product shall not be issued.


8.      Summary

RelevancePro reserves the right to change Terms and Conditions. The actual Terms and Conditions are in action from the date it was published on the web page RelevancePro. Terms and Conditions that apply to the order are T&C that were in action at the date of placing order.
